College Baseball Central Mid-Major 12 Rankings: 5/23/2018

We have a new number one atop the Mid-Major 12 for the first time since the April 4th edition of the rankings.

Previous number one Dallas Baptist dropped two of three over the weekend to Missouri State, moving them from the top spot down to number four.

Stetson, previously number two, moves up to the top stop after an abbreviated week where they only got one game in (and won it) against USC-Upstate. Tennessee Tech moves up a spot, to two, after winning their OVC series with Morehead State, and Missouri State also moves up one spot, to three, one spot ahead of DBU, after winning the series with the Patriots.

UNC-Greensboro, Southeastern Louisiana, and St. John’s stay put at five, six, and seven, respectively. Sam Houston State moves up one spot, to eight, after sweeping Incarnate Word over the weekend. Wright State jumps two spots, to nine, after going 4-0, including blowing out conference foe Northern Kentucky in all three games of their series.

College of Charleston holds their spot at ten after splitting two games with UNC-Wilmington, and Jacksonville moves up a single spot, to 11, after sweeping Kennesaw State. The number 12 team this week is Saint Louis, back in the rankings after going 3-1 on the week, including winning two of three against George Washington to wrap up the regular season.

Falling from the rankings is San Diego State. Previously number eight, the Aztecs drop out after a series loss to Nevada.
