2014 College World Series Scores Tracker – Recaps

College World Series OMAHA, Neb. — After a thrilling round of super regional play, which was preceded by an even more unexpected and surprise-filled round of regional play, the remaining eight teams in the NCAA Tournament are set to commence what each team set out to accomplish at the beginning of the season, that of contending for a national championship at the 2014 College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska.

The No. 1 national seed, Oregon State, and the offensive juggernaut and No. 6 national seed, Louisiana-Lafayette, have been eliminated, as have four other national seeds, three of which were unable to make it out of their respective regional. The only remaining national seeds are No. 3 Virginia, widely regarded as the team to beat heading into Omaha, and No. 7 Texas Christian, arguably the hottest team in the country since April, both of which are determined to bring home their first-ever national titles.

We at College Baseball Central have constructed our very own 2014 College World Series Scores Tracker, which is an easy to follow tracker of each matchup set to take place in Omaha that features links to previews, scores, and game recaps.

Scores and recaps will be updated periodically throughout each day of competition, so be sure to check back often to get the latest on 2014 College World Series action (of note — all times posted below are in Eastern Standard Time).
