Last weekend’s college baseball slate was incredibly packed, with marquee tournaments and series dotting the landscape from coast to coast.

This weekend’s slate isn’t quite on that level, but there are still a great many places where I’d love to be taking in college baseball this weekend.

In this podcast, I’m focusing on the following five.

  • Baylor at Houston
  • Dodger Stadium Baseball Classic: Mississippi State, Oklahoma, UCLA, USC
  • Keith LeClair Classic: East Carolina, Maryland, Tennessee, Southeastern Louisiana
  • Clemson vs. South Carolina
  • Cal State Fullerton at Texas Tech

While they weren’t mentioned in the podcast, there were also a few honorable mention series that stuck out to me, including the west coast showdown between UC-Santa Barbara and Oregon, the tilt in Austin between Cal and Texas, the Cox Diamond Invitational in Pensacola, Florida, featuring Michigan State, Southern Miss, Troy and Auburn, and the series between St. John’s and Florida State.

Be sure to check in at CollegeBaseballCentral.com for our coverage of all of the weekend’s action. Also, if iTunes is your podcast-listening medium of choice, head over there to download the episode, and while you’re there, feel free to leave a rating and a comment if you’re so inclined. Thanks, as always, for listening.
